pkr6 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "pkr6", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to pkr6.bet and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the pkr6 website located at pkr6.bet, including all games, betting markets, interfaces, applications, and services accessible thereon.
• "User", "You", "Player" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the pkr6 registration process.
• "Funds" means any real-money Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a Player's pkr6 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or non-withdrawable bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by pkr6 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with pkr6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a binding contract between the Player and pkr6.

2.1 Age Requirement. The pkr6 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pkr6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately terminated, all Funds will be voided, and any winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

2.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the pkr6 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts using the same personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, household address, or payment method constitutes a breach of this Agreement. pkr6 may terminate all duplicate Accounts and forfeit associated balances upon detection.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

2.4 Verification. pkr6 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before deposits, withdrawals, or certain account features are enabled. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pkr6 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pkr6 makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from restricted territories do so entirely at their own risk.

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr6 Support immediately at [email protected]. pkr6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.

3.3 Account Transfers Prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your pkr6 Account or any Funds therein to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in termination of all involved Accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. pkr6 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take one to three business hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation. pkr6 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit ("same source rule").
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before real-money funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Player's Account cashier section.
• pkr6 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding PKR 50,000.

4.4 Withdrawal Timeframes. pkr6 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any outstanding verification requirements.

4.5 Currency. All Funds on the pkr6 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by pkr6 on PKR-denominated transactions. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5.1 General. pkr6 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Only eligible game categories contribute toward wagering requirements; slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. pkr6 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, collusion between accounts to fulfil requirements, and systematic exploitation of offer terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the pkr6 Platform are final and binding once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirming any wager. pkr6 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error on pkr6's systems has resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded.

6.2 Odds Accuracy. pkr6 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of displayed odds at all times. However, in the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds caused by a system or human error — pkr6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. This determination is made at pkr6's sole discretion.

6.3 Cricket & PSL Betting. Cricket betting markets, including PSL season markets, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches, are governed by standard cricket betting rules as published in pkr6's Sports Betting Rules document. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules and the applicable governing body's official result.

6.4 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets carry inherent delays due to data transmission latency. pkr6 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to void bets placed after a material event where the outcome was known or reasonably knowable to the Player at the time of placement.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. pkr6 may apply maximum single-bet winnings limits across various markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the applicable cap.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or betting systems for financial gain.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or the distribution of winnings.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using the pkr6 Platform.
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage or matched betting strategies using pkr6 promotions or platform markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pkr6's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr6 support staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

8.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the pkr6 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software code, interface designs, written content, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to pkr6. Nothing in this Agreement grants the Player any ownership of or licence to use pkr6's intellectual property.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr6 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the pkr6 Platform or its content without prior written consent from pkr6. Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

9.1 Platform Availability. pkr6 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pkr6's reasonable control. pkr6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or unavailability.

9.2 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if pkr6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. pkr6's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pkr6 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 No Warranty. The pkr6 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.1 Commitment. pkr6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We believe that online gaming should be an entertaining activity and not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

10.2 Player Tools. pkr6 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your Account settings or upon request to pkr6 Support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your pkr6 Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month across all games.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion from the pkr6 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the elected period.

Any winnings accumulated while an Account is suspended for age verification purposes will be withheld until verification is complete.

11.1 Termination by pkr6. pkr6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, if pkr6 reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to pkr6.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach: (a) all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be voided; (b) real-money Funds may be withheld pending investigation; and (c) the Player's right to access the Platform will be immediately revoked. Where an Account is terminated at pkr6's discretion without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting pkr6 Support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player upon successful identity verification. Voluntary account closures are typically processed within five business days.

12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr6 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and pkr6, the Player should first contact pkr6 Support to seek an informal resolution. pkr6 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

12.3 Language. This Agreement is provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. pkr6 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where amendments are material, pkr6 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pkr6 Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
